Dedicated Mobile Apps (Android & iOS)

I would like to suggest the development of dedicated, native mobile apps for both Android and iOS, with a strong focus on prioritizing the Android ecosystem. What this implies & Key Features: · Native Performance & UI: A fully optimized mobile experience, moving away from web-views to ensure smooth navigation, fast loading times, and a responsive interface. · Mobile-First Security: Integration with native device security, such as biometric authentication (fingerprint and FaceID) for secure and quick access. · Smart Push Notifications: Leveraging mobile alerts to notify users in real-time about account balances, upcoming bills, or goal achievements. · Widgets & Quick Actions: Home screen widgets for Android and iOS to check budgets or log transactions on the go without needing to open the full app. · Offline & Background Sync: The ability to review data offline and ensure secure background synchronization once internet access is restored. · Etc. Why it matters: Financial tracking and planning are daily, on-the-go activities. Having a robust, high-performing mobile app ensures that users can manage their finances seamlessly anytime, anywhere, rather than relying on a desktop browser.

At some point we need to tackle this. I'm not sure whether to build a fully native app or perhaps something in between with React Native or Flutter, but I agree that having, for example, a widget would be essential. Something we can't currently get with the web app.
