Custom start day of the month for accounts and analytics

**What's the idea?** Would be amazing to have a setting at the **account level** so we can decide when does the financial month starts for me. **Why it matters:** Not everyone’s financial month starts on the 1st! Many people get paid on the 28th, the 5th, or the 10th. If you get paid on the 28th, you want to see your balances, spending charts, and reports run from the 28th to the 28th of the next month. Right now, looking at analytics strictly from day 1 to day 31 doesn't match the real-world cash flow for a lot of us. **How it helps:** Adding a "Start day of the month" setting for accounts and analytics would make the dashboards and spending charts way more accurate and meaningful for anyone who doesn't follow a strict calendar month.
